I’ve been ordering from Cake N Bake for years, and their cakes never disappoint! The honey cake, spinach cake, pear cake, and carrot cake…. are all amazing—honestly, almost everything on their menu is my favorite. I used to order online, but recently I found their new location, which is perfect because now I can grab my favorites anytime I want. The desserts here are always fresh and delicious. Im going to say wow !! Okkkkkkk..look at chu!! So its very moist not too sweet ..I got the carrot and the berry chocolate..omg Carrot - moist , you can taste the cinnamon its a little more sweet then the berry one..you can taste the carrot but its not that strong..its nutty ..but overall bomb carrot cake con un cafecito!! 😋 Berrys -also moist and the whip is soo fluffy not too sweet ...it pairs well with the berry sauce it has .omg I think so far this one is my favorite look at chu guys welcome to the valley!!! Wow! I’ve been ordering cakes for special occasions from so many places over the years, and this shop just popped up on Google with amazing reviews. I thought, “Let me give it a try,” and OMG… where have you been all this time?? I ordered the honey cake for a birthday party, and it was a total hit—everyone kept asking about the cake and saying how delicious it was! Honestly, I’ve never had a cake this perfect. I first heard about this cake bakery through TikTok someone posted a video; I found their location here in Glendale. The pop-up stand is in the Glendale Galleria near the escalators first floor across the food court and the store Garage. Melaine is the sweetest! She's so friendly too! She took the time to tell me the flavors of each cake cup available. I chose the Choco Oreo flavor, first bite and it's delicious! I would definitely go back and try the other flavors as well. I live walking distance to this bake shop , I got a few cake cups and the tiramisu iced latte !!!! I mean wow I fell in love 🥰 the cakes are so light and fluffy but so moist and the icing is also very light and airy but so creamy and buttery it’s just the perfect balance ! My favorite is the carrot cake and tres leches , I have yet to try more flavors but will be back for more ! I 100% recommend buying a cake here for your next birthday ! First time trying out the cakes here. Ordered my husband a whole Carrot cake for his birthday. Carrot cake is his favorite so we tend to try carrot cake whenever we find one on a menu. The taste and sweetness was light but delicious and the cake was moist. The only thing I would change, constructively, is the amount of raisins. I love the small shop with all the flavors in small bites to try. They have a big shop with full size cakes so this is a great spot to try the flavors. They have unique flavors like honey and spinach. I tried a box of: 1. Spinach cake 2. Choco raspberry cake 3. Honey cake 4. Vanilla dot cake 5. Chocolate nutella ~ Vee D

I’ve passed by this place as they’ve done a great job cleaning the area and made a mental note to stop by. I finally did and I’m so happy to have such a gem close by.
